Embassy has always been good for us for over 20 years. This experience had your team assisting us with a double booking through EXPEDIA; that did not check us in on arrival as he used the reservation expdia/ hotel.com never checked with us about. Night staff at the front desk were very helpful, kind, and a pleasure to deal with. Breakfast was great. Room was very spacious. Toilet was small and cramped into a corner and im bigger so it was uncomfortable to use. Elevators were very slow to show up half the time we used them, and stairs were hard to find.

We had to switch from our original room due to a very heavy odor, cleaning product smell. The beds were uncomfortable. Has we were leaving in the morning there was a large, black bug crawling on the wall. You could hear the guest in the next room.

I like the fact that everything was in walking distance. Everything was on the international Drive close to shopping restaurants convenience store Walgreens catch the trolley for a dollar and quiet neighborhood safe at night. You can walk outside by yourself cross from icon.

The stay was pleasant. Facility is dated and required more frequent cleaning. Perfect example of this was some one spilled gold fish crackers in front of the elevator bank prior to me checking in. They were still there the next day when I checked out close to noon

I had made my reservation through Expedia and I had gotten a confirmation. When I got to the property to check-in I was told that I didn't have a reservation. I gave the confirmation number but made to wait until they received it from Expedia. I call Expedia and the agent spoke with the desk agent but she still had me waiting. I waited for about 45 minutes to and hour. It really upset me how I was treated.

Staff is great but this hotel shouldn't be named Hilton. First of the chain with limited breakfast buffet, charge for parking $30, even though there is nobody watching it, and is an open space where anyone can park. Evn to left a tip for the room service is a QR code that doesn't gives the $ to the workers. Definitively, not an option.

They make you pay for parking for 24hrs when I wasn’t there for 24hours and when I booked never mentioned you paid for parking, no conditioner in the shower. Bed was hard like a rock. The stairway was outside very inconvenient because elevators were so freaking slow. Couldn’t check into until 4:00pm when my phone said 12:00 pm and if you wanted to check in early it was $50 up charge!! Very upset with this stay, for the price I paid it wasn’t worth it!
