The Place Awesome it was a family trip we had great time my 2 kids love the Pool, the Lazy river. they love the hold place. places are not far from Condo. Great communication they always was checking if we needed anything it was great. Thank You

Never again

First of all, I never leave reviews. However, this time I felt it was necessary. 1. The property is listed as "adults only"; however, if you read other peoples reviews they mention kids. The tenants above us has kids so this is confusing. We did not have any kids with us. We had to provide id's and date of births for everyone. I think this was too much information to provide and was not relevant to my stay. 2. The property claims to sleep 7. However, they only provide you with FOUR towels. They expect you to wash your own towels. They do provide a washer and dryer. However, it is a combo unit that does not work properly. The machine runs for HOURS. Like six hours!!! Our clothes were never fully dried. I finally had to place the damp clothes over the kitchen chairs to air dry. I did not call them to come look at the machine as someone else mentioned this in their review. And this brings me to my next point. 3. The property says it is "pet friendly". However, in the unit the paperwork on the wall and counter says NO PETS. If found with a pet you will be immediately evicted and will lose your deposit. I waited till I received my deposit back before posting this. I brought a cat with us. I would never had stayed here if I knew it was not pet friendly. 4. You have to take all your trash out before leaving. I received a text asking me to "wash towels if possible" before leaving. I came on vacation to get away from my chores. Instead, I had to wash our towels and take out the trash.

Nice vacation spot with children

The property was easy to find the check in process was simple. The unit was ready a little early which was nice. The condo was as pictured, most items you would need in the kitchen, towels, garbage bags, etc. It had some scuffs on the walls which is normal for a rental. We had an issue with spots on the sheets on two beds which we messaged the company about. They provided new sheets for both beds which my kids appreciated. We used the washer which worked fine. The dryer is a combo unit and does not work well. We ended up using a laundry mat near by to dry the items. The company told us they put in a call to a repairman but no one ever came to look at the dryer. The patio area was nice for watching the sunrise and sunset. The unit was quiet which was great for sleeping. We enjoyed the pool area specially the lazy river and slides. It was close to walk to. My kids liked the frozen drinks at the pool. The gym didn’t open until 9 which was late but you could easily walk or jog outside on the sidewalks. Overall it was a nice stay.
