When we reached the hotel it was closed , you didn’t informed us that the hotel was for renovation . We just found out that we’re to check in to a nearby hotel Clarion Inn which by the way was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed the place was dirty.

Like close proximity to YMCA pool. I come annually for Masters swim meets. Free breakfast would be desirable.

Needs some improvements but the appearance is beau

The mattress wasn't the most comfortable it could have been better. The water in the bathroom had to run for a while before it got warm enough to take a decent shower

This property is a great price for the location. Right across the street from the Orlando eye makes it easy to get around by walking. The only down side is it shares a pool with another hotel and YMCA. There is also no hot tubs.

Good location, run down property, poor security

The hotel was under extensive renovation while we were there, which meant outdoor construction crews started work outside our first floor window at 9 am. That was expected when I booked, and not a problem. The location was great - walking distance to restaurants and attractions, a few minutes drive from the theme parks. The most concerning thing about our stay was the lack of security. There were several cars circling the parking lot of this and adjacent hotels around midnight, with people stopping and holding surreptitious conversations. The "security door" to the building we were in remained stuck open for most of the night. So there was essentially zero security. I saw a security guard once over the course of two days/nights. The room was clean, but run down. The bathroom fixtures were loose and wobbly. The shower was weak, and the water was cold. There were patches of carpet missing, and the molding and trim were coming loose around the edges. We stayed there for two days and did not use any amenities, so I can't comment on those. The location was good, and the staff was friendly at check-in and check-out. I got a very good deal on the price of this hotel, but would not pay full price, and am not likely to stay there again.

Buen lugar, mal servicio de la recepcionista

La estadía muy buena, entendiendo que hay construccion. El esificio de recepcion va quedando muy bien. La persona que nos atendió en la noche que llegamos, NO dijo ni buenas noches, muy seria, hablaba en voz baja y ni una sonrisa de bienvenida. El trato fue horrible, una gran pena.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The establishment is renovating so its condition is disarray. The beds are very extremely hard and uncomfortable. However, the rooms are quite spacious. Everything will be nicer when renovation is completed but price will probably skyrocket as well.

Very strange that there was no branding or signage anywhere. We had to ask the front desk to make sure it was the right hotel. It looked like they were in the middle of renovations, but there were no signs apologizing for their appearance/any confusion. The staff didn't give us very helpful advice, and we had no information packet in our room welcoming us to the hotel. Also, free breakfast was mentioned when we reserved the hotel; staff seemed confused when I asked about it. Besides these odd things, the stay was very pleasant - clean, large room, quiet, close to restaurants, shuttle service.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed.

The whole place and room was a construction zone. Stains all in the room. Beds were the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever been on my back hurts so bad in the morning I could barely move. A bad stench in the room. Overall horrible had to check out early and find a new hotel.

It wasn’t like the pictures at all. The place was under construction. I didn’t even bother with the pool. I’m sure it will look nice when it’s finished. We had a quiet room in a good location.
