Overall I was satisfied with my stay. I was told my room would be cleaned on the 3rd day of my 5 day stay unless I asked. It was never cleaned. I did receive several texts asking if I needed anything which I thought was nice but when I did respond to one of them asking if I could have my room cleaned, no one responded and my room wasn't attended to. The hotel is very close to another hotel which made parking odd and unclear. Issues won't prevent me from staying in the future.

We waited 45 minutes for the airport shuttle to pick us up from MCO at 930 at night . Many other hotel shuttles came and went multiple times and Cambria came once after 45 minutes and only after more people came and called . He was very late slow and unfriendly . And the front desk staff was very rude when we called multiple times for a pick up — won’t stay again

The staff at front desk were very rude when called to check in earlier. Kenishia was very rude and hanged up the phone when I was still talking and is very disrespectful and rude upon check in. Even checking out the person at the desk on August 28 was mean.

We were next to a room with an infant that cried most of the time in the midnight hours. Screaming like it was in a horror movie. Parents done nothing to calm the infant. The next day, my 10 year old was slipping in the hallway and the woman with the infant opened her door real fast and gave me a horrible look. When we did inspect the room I will say that a little trash was still in the bathroom and the sink drain lever was broke and therefore the sink would not drain. I told the staff but I left the day I told them. No biggie on that.
