The rooms were clean, most the staff was friendly! The bartender at the tiki bar near the waterpark was the best! He was so polite and respectful. He definitely deserves a raise!

Room was cleaned every day staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again! 4 star reason- water park water is freezing cold, big slides were under maintenance for most of the week. A bigger refrigerator would be nice.

The pool was fun for the kids. The room was clean and cleaned daily. It was fairly loud and there were a lot of people smoking, which bothered us a bit. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

We had a very nice stay; it was brief and out of season in January. The resort is older but it was evident they are in the process of upgrading the rooms, dining, and recreation areas. The resort rates were good. It’s not fancy but is fun and comfortable. Shout out to Ty in security for reuniting my daughter with her beloved LOST cell phone!
