Nice hotel with lovely little touches. The hotel was empty so felt very private. Per last reviews, the traditional Turkish breakfast is delightful. The man that runs breakfast was very nice. Shower didn’t drain properly which meant our room flooded every night. Reported this to reception but nothing was done about it. Patio doors didn’t close which meant we had sleepless nights due to local dogs barking / air conditioning units right next to us. No duvet on the bed (?) just a tiny cover that doesn’t fit the whole bed. Very confused by this. Too hot to sleep without the air con, too cold to sleep with it on, without a duvet. Fake eyelashes left on the floor. Hammam and gym are still closed! So no facilities are offered except the outside pool. I would get over all of the above but the thing that really frustrated me was the 3 women who would smoke cigarettes in the breakfast restaurant, whilst we were eating! They also had two disobedient Pomeranian dogs who would spend the whole time barking. Both of these factors aren’t ‘allowed’ but the staff didn’t bat an eye. I think they may have been owners.

Dear Samantha, We are so sorry to hear those words from you. All we did is to make you comfortable. you informed us there is a problem with shower our employee came to your room and looked at it, it was actually working without any problem. Aftre then you dıdnt do any complaıints about shower again. Because you didnt close to doors correctly doesnt mean doors have problems, plus you necer mentioned about your door problem to reception. Our hamam and gym is open actually other guest were usıng every day maybe you didnt take a look at our gym area. Unfortunately we cant do anythıng about nothıng you dıdnt complaınt to reception you were always smiling to us like everythıng was fıne from your side. Thank you for review .

Awful service
Worst hotel experience I ever had. The staff was incompetent and rude, the room was not cleaned during our entire stay and the servers kept forgetting the orders. The city has many hotels with better locations closer to the river and with better prices, we regretted not selecting one of these options.

A beautiful little hotel
A very brief visit for myself, just the two nights instead of the intended seven. Everything was wonderful, from grounds, to food and staff.

Friendly and clean
Hotel was empty apart from myself and a colleague ,staff were friendly and helpful.Parking was off site on the road,which might be an issue during high season.

The hotel was perfect for our stay! So close to nearby restaurants and shops. The staff at the hotel were so friendly - we arrived at the hotel after 10pm as our flight was late and they still served us in their restaurant. The food was excellent both at dinner and breakfast. Would highly recommend!

Hotel is very clean and pretty. The front desk man at check in was very serious and we didn’t feel a warm customer service. He asked for passports and shared with us that the hotel charges for children my sons age. Not sure if he was expecting us to pay more for our son. I had paid Expedia with all guests and included my sons age. I did not appreciate his comment. The bathroom has a door stopper in which it has a pointy corner. I walked into it as it’s in the middle of the bathroom. It cut my toe badly. When asked for help they did not even provide bandaids or care to ask how I was feeling. My parents room ran out of toilet paper and when they called the front desk for extra they said they could not provide. Also at check out I was asked if I used the mini bar. When I informed them I had drank the 2 free bottle that came with the room, they asked if I drank the hot ones or the cold ones in the refridgerator. How petty!! I thought. I guess, cold water is charged. The staff- not management are great. Management however need more training in customer service. All the spa facilities are closed and Turkish bath are closed. When asked for Turkish bath they said they wouldn’t open it for just one guest. Expedía should update all these amenities as not available. This is false advertisement when booking ad we were looking forward to this. Despite everything out of order or closed, you would think they would allow the pool. We checked in at about 6:30-7 and when my son

There are very nice hotels in Dalyan. Pick someothwe than this one! Terrible management. We had problem in each step of the stay. First; they showed us a very cramped room, not the the one we paid for, showers were not working, the toilet has a smell, we asked if they have coffee machine and they said yes and gave us bitter instant coffee. Wanted to go to Kargıcak Beach they saüd the road is not good so they did not help with transfer. We asked for an invoice rhwy said they ran out of printer paper. Asked for an extra half an hour to pack they asked for 30 euros. We wanted to use the pool for a couple of hours until our flight they said we cannot use it. And THERE WERE ONLY TWO OTHER COUPLES AT THE HOTEL AND THERE WAS NOBODY AT THE POOL. They dont even have a luggage room. I have never experienced such a management who were uncapable of customer satisfaction or problem solving.

Although the hotel & staff are lovely, their answer to everything was ‘out of season’ which meant we didn’t get the massages I had agreed over email with them, nor the buffet breakfast & we had to ask them to turn on the spa as they didn’t turn anything on or uncover the sunbeds for you unless you asked due to it being out of season. The mini bar was nearly empty when we arrived & they wouldn’t restock it & we couldn’t get orange juice at breakfast as you guessed it, it’s out of season! I think the rates should be lower out of season & the differences in services should be made clear to guests when booking out of season.

Best B&B in Dalyan
Excellent hotel in prime location. Hotel was a class above all the others in the local area. The pool area was spotless with sunbeds with thick mattresses - really comfortable. Rooms were beautiful, lovely toiletries and a kettle with Nescafe coffee. The staff were really attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Big thanks to all that work there - the chef made the best pizzas in Dalyan- all staff work tirelessly to make sure you enjoy your stay - will definitely return.

Exceptional hotel

Dalyan da Konaklanacak Tek Adres
Otele ilk girdiğiniz andan itibaren evinizin bahçesine girmiş gibi hissediyorsunuz. Personel son derece nazik ve ilgili, daha bahçeden itibaren temizliği hissediyorsunuz. Otelin her noktası son derece zevkle ve kaliteyle döşenmiş, her türlü malzeme üst kalitede. Çok kurumsal bir yapı olmakla beraber otelin sahibesi son derece mütevazi ve ilgili. Evimizin havuzunda yüzüyormuş ve bahçesinde kahve içiyormuşuz hissini bize yaşaattıkları için emeği geçen herkese çok teşekkür ederiz. Mutlaka yeniden gidilmesi gereken bir yer.

Tek kelimeyle bayıldııkk
Eşimle birlikte 4 gece çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik, otel temizliği, hizmeti çok güzeldi bunun yanında çok güler yüzlü ve sıcaklardı ne kadar maske olsada güldüklerini anlayabiliyorduk. Covid önemleri gayet iyiydi, kahvaltısı ve yemeklerini beğendik. Otel renkleri ve çicekleri ile cıvıl cıvıldı insanın içi açılıyor. Bizim gittiğimiz tarihlerde kimse olmadığı için çok sakin ve güzel geçti tatilimiz ayrıca konum olarak da beğendik eğer arabanız var ise yakındaki plajlara gidebilirsiniz. Tekrar tekrar gitmek istediğimiz bir yer oldu bizim için gitmeyi düşünenlere kesinlikle öneririz :)

Отель новый, чистый, персонал старается очень, но практически никто не понимает английский (гугл-переводчик в помощь Вам). Забронировала и оплатила улучшенный номер, а поселили в обычный стандартный без объяснения (сделали вид что не поняли..). Одеял нет нормальных, только простынки тонкие, кондиционер шпарит в одном режиме- очень сильно, выключаешь - душно, откроешь окно-шумно.. завтрак имеет странную подачу- надо самим потрудиться чтобы узнать что у них есть..

Bölgenin en kaliteli otellerin arasında, hizmet konusunda küçük eksiklikler olmasına rağmen genel olarak iyi. Dalyan için daha uygun ve butik bir pansiyon mu tercih edilmeli yoksa daha pahalı ve lüks bir otel mi hala kararsızım. Ama konfordan ödün verelirse çok daha güzel manzaralı pansiyonlar var.

Huzurlu bi kaç gün
Oteldeki konaklamamız çok güzel geçti çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Otelin dekorasyonu çok ince düşünülmüş güzel bi havası vardı. Kahvaltı almıştık biz sadece ama sunum ve lezzetler harikaydı. Bi kaç günlüğüne doğanın ortasında yaşamak isteyenlere tavsiye ederim.
