Great budget boutique hotel
We booked this hotel last minute and based on previous reviews and budget this won out. We paid £49 which included breakfast. Lovely boutique hotel in a great location next to the river and able to walk to everything in Dalyan. Really spacious room with comfy bed and modern shower. Only improvement for us would be tea and coffee facilities and another couple of pillow, apart from that the room was something you would expect in a £100 -plus room. Breakfast was a Turkish affair and very tasty served by the pool downstairs. All in all a great hotel and would return if back in Dalyan.

Excellent - modern room and location, very close walking distance to all the attractions. Lovely relaxing pool area with a Restaurant on site. And it’s always such a great pleasure when management is so very friendly and helpful. This one is a gem.

3rd time staying at this lovely hotel as only 4 rooms never too busy , Gino works very hard keeping it clean and nothing too much trouble, Turkish breakfast is amazing so fresh , would definitely recommend

Arrived and went to room bed very low to the floor no fridge patio opened on to their restaurant so no balcony or sitting area we had paid for 2 nights didnt stay one night packed and left

Very boutique
Great modern 4 room hotel. Breakfast and evening meals were very good. Very close to river and centre of town. We had the standard room which was very small, but the shower/washroom was large. We would definitely stay again but in larger room.

What an amazing experience we had, the owner is such a nice guy, I couldn't find any scooter around everyone was booked out, he was happily gave us his moped when I told him about the situation , we had an amazing time. Food is amazing here, you must try the items menu better than the restaurants around. It was an amazing experience overall

Classy cozy hotel
Great hotel in a great location with a fantastic friendly staff. Quiet. I actually came back to stay again one week later and brought friends. Who loved it also. And the best part… The food was fantastic! Breakfast is the best I’ve ever had having traveled all over Turkey for 1.5 months

Great Hotel but room is little small.
Hotel is boutique hotel, it's turned from a nice dublex house I think. The was really small,but very clean. Stuff were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good.

Restoran bu otelin ayırt edici bir özelliğiydi, bu yıl açık olmamasına üzüldük. Havuzu, bahçesi güzel ancak odalarda balkon olmaması nedeniyle havuz başına inmek gerekiyor. Odada buzdolabı ve su ısıtıcı olmaması biraz zorlayıcı ama otel işletmecisi bu konuda fazlasıyla yardımcı oluyor. Konumu çok iyi ve sakin, önünde bolca park yeri var. Havuzun başında dağ manzarası olması da çok iyi.

Dalyan’ın en kendine özgü ve şık otel ve restoranı
Standart odada kaldık. Banyo ve yatak kalitesi ve konforu çok iyiydi, oda dar olduğu için engellilere kesinlikle uygun değildi, yatak mobilyası köşeleri keskin ve uçları sivri olduğu için dar alanda kendinize zarar verme olasılığı yüksek. Odada şişe su ve dezenfektan yoktu, sorulmadı da. Personel maske kullanmıyordu. Odanın dışında koridorun karşı tarafındaki havuza bakan ortak kullanımlı köşe balkonda hava alma, oturma ve çamaşır asma imkanı olması standart oda için kurtarıcı özellikte. Restoran bölümü istisnai derecede iyi. Yerleşik şefler rafine yemekler sunuyor. Restoran otelin içinde izole bir alanda, ambiyansı yüksek, zevkli ve şık, canlı müzik imkanı var, aydınlatma başarılı.

Clean and comfortable room, the owner/host was humorous and friendly! Breakfast is not bad, there’s a restaurant at the hotel and the food was really good!

Otel güzeldi. Sahibi ve çakışanlar düzgün ve cana yakındı. Dalyan sahile çok yakın bu nedenle her yere yürüyerek gitme olanağı var.Kahvaltı yeterli ve güzeldi. Biz memnun kaldık.

Uitstekend hotel!
Onze kamer was een beetje klein en er was geen koelkast. Maar een ontzettend mooie kamer en comfortabel bed. Ontbijt was van een ongewone kwaliteit. Personeel was zeer zeer vriendelijk.

Very very nice welcoming personel, excellent clean room and hotel ambient. Delicious and fresh breakfast, but the room is smaller than required sometimes difficult to handle luggages in the room.
