"Sadly the restaurant takes it down a notch. No clear direction on where to go to get there and the servers felt confused but they where nice. The food was good though. We must also have had some elephants sleeping above us but that is not the Hotels fault 😅"

Arriving late, i realised i have not received any passcode that was needed nor a reply I could read advising that parking was on the street, until i found the number to call. the lady was up late and helpfully provided me with the number to get in, and then i had to download the app for accessing my room. "Wirklich eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern, großen und gut eingerichteten Zimmern. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch die Liebe zum Detail, viele Bilder an der Wand, Dekorationen in den Fensterbrettern. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sonderwünsche werden sofort erfüllt. Herausragend war meiner Meinung nach das Frühstück. Dieses ist zwar sehr teuer, aber es war auch wirklich lecker mit frischen Brötchen, Lachs, Salaten, frischen, Erdbeeren, guten Säften etc. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Was könnte besser sein? Der Pool dürfte gerne etwas wärmer sein. Und der Tennisplatz wirkt dann doch etwas heruntergekommen. Aber wie cool, dass es überhaupt einen gibt! 5/5 Sternen 👍"

"We were running late and knew we were not going to make the 10 p.m. cutoff for check in. We attempted to contact the hotel starting at 8:30 p.m., took over an hour and had to go through hotels.com website to send a message. This required us to pull off the highway and spend 15 plus minutes to send messages. It was very aggravating. Once we got to the hotel, everything was fine. Room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying there but keep the check in info in mind."
