"We went in October half term in 2 bed sea view rooms. Although the rooms are tired and fairly scruffy, ours was also quite dirty, the bedding was clean so where the main areas. The beds were very comfy except the pull out sofa bed which was partially broken. We all slept well, lots of breeze in the top floor sea view rooms so evening weren’t hot whilst sleeping as windows open perfectly, Facilities in room ok, pool area cosy and pool was heated so really good temperature even in hot weather. Location is superb, excellent coffee and bakery shop (Cafe Damien) about 5 mins walk, same with few bars and restaurants in play bastion, main square of Costa teguise 5-10 mins walk. Absolutely great spot. Would go again for a decent price but it really is just a base. Atmosphere round pool in the day is very nice."

"We had breakfast a few mornings plenty of variety for everyone, we didn't try the evening meals we like to eat out. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Our suite was very clean inside, but our balcony wasn't touched once in 10 nights. Whitewash on walls flaking off was all over balcony, we had no facilities to sweep it up. Maybe a little brush set , so we not bothering anyone. We had a couple of days of rain and water from balconies above were pouring onto ours leaving lots of dirt around. Cleaners came every other day which was good for us bed linen and towels changed every 4 days."

"First time we've stayed here and we were impressed from the minute we got out the taxi. The porter greeted us and took our luggage. Reception staff were very welcoming and offered us a glass of cava. Our deluxe room was perfect and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was amazing especially the freshly made omelette. Two pools were very nice, plenty of sunbeds. My only gripe is the pools didn't need to be quite so warm and the steps to get in could do with adjustment to make them feel safer. But that aside we had a super stay and will definately return. Thankyou"

"Very family friendly with baby, mini, maxi and junior clubs. Our two went to mini and junior each day and loved it. The animation team are great. We were half-board. The breakfasts were good. We swapped our evening meal for lunch each day. This allowed us to visit one of the many restaurants surrounding the hotel each evening before heading back for mini disco."

"Our room was not in the best position looking away from the hotel but we were only there for three nights so it was not so important to us. We had a warm and polite reception. The apartment was very clean and reasonably spacious, breakfast was excellent and the evening buffet as all you can eat and plenty of selection. We felt the 2.50 a night for the safe deposit box was a bit scroogelike, but apart from that minor gripe we had a good time."

"The staff here with one or two exceptions are all very kind and helpful. The exterior is a bit bit brutaliset in style. The lifts are speedy. The interior is welcoming at reception area. However there are areas of the hotel in need of some TLC. My room.was spacious witj a good size balcony. Comy bed. Good shower. But damage to the flooring. Kept clean by room service. Only one access point of entry in one of the 2 pools Food pretty good. Access to beach and local bars shops etc. T"
