"Terrible pot smell, toilet wouldn’t flush, tv didn’t work, and our floor was wet from AC leak. The hot tub was out of order and the pool was pitiful with a broken net to clean it with. Disgusting. We left and are trying to get our money back."

"Obviously an older hotel, could have used some upgrades. My room was relatively clean, but i did find that the a/c unit was super dirty so i made sure to clean it myself as i didn’t want the extra dust circulating in the room. I also found that you could hear a lot of noise from other occupants, possibly due to the age of the hotel and lack of soundproofing."

"The staff was excellent. The 25$ round trip shuttle to Ozark Amphitheater was great! Saved us stress and Uber money. The breakfast was only ok, no warm food, we chose to venture out for a warm diner breakfast. The room was very clean and Roku on the TV was awesome!"
