Hello GerquitaThank you for your review of our hotel. Again, as we had spoke to you regarding this, we are so sorry you had some issues with your stay. When several of these issues were brought to our attention that evening that you checked in, we offered to move you rooms or come take care of it and you chose not to which was your choice. Unfortunately, the report regarding unwanted pests we take very seriously, was not reported to the front desk staff. As soon as we hear any notification regarding pests, we report this to our pest control services to have it inspected. We have contacted our service to come out to the property as well as shared your experience with our staff to make sure this does not happen again. We have refunded one night of your stay with us as you already know and apologize again for the issues you had. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts and for bringing this to our attention.
