For what we paid for the room, this was a disappointing experience. No pool, no breakfast (not even a granola bar or fruit), noisy construction, loud people in the hallways. We didn't know there was no pool or restaurant until we arrived. The staff was not apologetic about the construction or lack of amenities. Instead, they implied it was my fault that I didn't know because I used Expedia.

Newly remodeled and very nice. Might be the best bathroom at a hotel I have had. We came for an event at the conference center and it was so convenient to walk there. Parking was easy too in the garage.

Walking distance to many stores, restaurants, bars. Close to university of Wisconsin- OshKosh. Standard hotel room- nothing special but not bad. Microwave and fridge were available.

It was clean and quiet. If I had to choose one complaint, it would be that it didn’t have a smart tv, which really isn’t a complaint, just a convenience! I would stay there again!

Check in and out was quick and friendly. I was excited to see Ground Round on sight, but sad to see it was only open 7am - 11am (especially since my seminar started at 7:30am). My room was clean and pleasant. Thanks!

Overall great stay.
Its just kind of funny that the lakeview room we got was probably related to what we paid for the room. The view was mostly rooftop from the hotel with a blocked view and a little bit of a river view to the left. I just laughed at the "river view".

We stayed for a overnight for a wedding, so we didn’t spend much time in the room. However, the air conditioning wasn’t working well. We found food crumbs when we moved the ottoman.

This was my first time in Oshkosh,Wi. I had a great time. I was there for a football game and the hotel location was excellent. Everyone was super friendly and in a great area.

We were disappointed with our check in. The front desk kept saying our rooms weren’t clean but then a whole bunch of other people were able to check in. Finally at 3:45 we were able to check in when check in time was 3:00
