My son said it was the worst hotel weve stayed at wallpaper was ripped bunkbed falling apart it was shabby had another room much better standard but still overall a bit shabby corridors etc. great location lovely staff and clean. Breakfast was good staff again were lovely.

Great location, very friendly staff. The breakfast was exceptional and well worth the inclusion. The rooms were very tight (as is normal in Europe, we had a family room with 2 kids and 2 adults in the room) but it worked great for our two night stay. Within walking distance of the old Oslo and Conveniently located right next to the train station.

The location is amazing! Right in the heart of old Oslo, next door to Central train station. The entrance to the hotel was hard to find, it is actually inside the mall.. Google had a hard time finding it! Room is tiny with few amenities, and too warm. Breakfast was outstanding!!

It is conveniently located in the Oslo Mall and easy access to the Oslo train station. You can go to Oslo Airport directly by train as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean although a little small for two people. The bed was very comfortable for us. We had an enjoyable stay!

Unfortunately the dryer was broken which was disappointing since we chose this hotel for its laundry services. That being said, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good. The location was excellent and very convenient. The family room is small but manageable with just one child - I do not suggest more than one.
