Beware extra charges

Charged 15€ extra as 14 year old son does not count as child or adult despite booking with correct age and confirmation email showing this. Hotel basic but rooms very tired. Given double with single duvets when booking states twin. Handy location though.

The front desk clerk was on the phone, didn't acknowledge me. A colleague came who just sat down and look at the computer screen and didn't acknowledge us either. We were now four people waiting to ch/in but after the phone call was ended they needed to talk about the conversation and still haven't acknowledge us

Clean and smart. I parked in an electric vehicle zone even though mine is a plug in hybrid. I said I understand and would move once booked in, but still got mansplained all about how it was important etc. etc.
