"Surprised that a hotel in this price range does not have washcloths or hair conditioner in the room. The food in the restaurant was also not great for the price they are charging. For reference, I had just paid the same price per night for the Ritz Carlton in Berlin and it was far superior. I understand that I’m paying for the location, but these things should be the bare minimum."
