Clean room, and central location

Property was well appointed, clean, neat and modern. The included welcome chocolate and cooking basics were fantastic. House keeping presented the place beautifully.

I was extremely surprised by Auckland Airport Motel—in the best way possible. As the cheapest hotel option in the area, I honestly wasn’t expecting much, but this place completely exceeded my expectations. The room rate includes a private transfer from the airport, which was such a relief after days of travelling. Didn’t have to wait around for the yellow bus—the lovely lady who picked me up was so welcoming. The receptionist was absolutely wonderful. She was warm, professional, and genuinely friendly, which really made a difference after being on the road for so long. It’s those small touches of excellent customer service that turn a good stay into a great one. The Room was Immaculate. Beautifully styled with a minimal aesthetic and spotlessly clean. I was really impressed with the attention to detail. Towels, toiletries and no odours in the room. Facilities: Full kitchenette and fridge Laundry facilities on-site Excellent shower with great water pressure Surprisingly quiet despite being so close to both the airport and main road The combination of cleanliness, comfort, and value was unbeatable. I was so impressed that I actually came back and stayed again within a week of my first visit—something I rarely do with hotels. Highly recommended for anyone needing accommodation near Auckland Airport.
