We arrived in the hotel early around 10am so we requested for early check in, the lady ask us to go around and she will call us by 2pm but they never called and we just had to wait in the mall as we did’nt had sleep for 40 hrs due to our travel so yes we waited till 4pm to check in.

Our room was spacious and quiet. The kitchenette was well stocked for everything you need. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall lovely stay. The microwave didnt work, smelled like wires were burning. Also, air conditioning didnt keep the room cool at all.

Staff at front desk could be friendlier…felt rushed and like we were disturbing them on both occasions that we had questions. The girl at the desk when we checked out was friendly. On site parking we had to pay for when site says parking available ..should stipulate there is a price and the amount, since we wouldn’t have driven there had we known.

Clean and quiet although the room itself and security are highly dated at this point. Actual keys for the room with the room number attached as a key chain rather than a keycard without any room branding

The property is close to metro station, the room was perfect, staff gentle and helpful.
Was disappointed that there was no fridge in the room!

Visited with 6 of us, large room could hold us all and were happy with size of everything. Pool was great and kids had fun.
Only negative to mention is pull out sofa is very thin mattress, so keep in mind if its for adults. If small kids its fine.

We were there for 3 nights in March. It was really nice and clean. The pool was great. Our room was clean and comfortable and equipped with all we needed. I asked for more sheets and pillows and blankets and they brought them very soon. I never asked for cleaning the room but in second day they come and asked if I need anything. The location was great. It has indoor garage.

This is a very reliable, comfortable, suite hotel in downtown Ottawa. We often stay here and would give it a 5 star, except that would not reflect that this is a little bit older, but aging well. I happily reccomend this hotel!

I choose to stay here as we can get a 1 or 2 BDRM suite (depending on how many of our kids are with us.) Having a kitchen is important to meet our needs. This isn't a complaint, more of a FYI. While pots and lids are available, pans and baking sheets are not. There is a Dollarama around the corner so you can always just grab something from there.
Unit was super clean. Very happy with our stay.

This property is extremely dated… The bed was very uncomfortable. For the price I definitely recommend finding somewhere better. It felt like I was staying in a motel from the 80s. There’s a building across the street where it’s very ghetto

Extremely bad attitude and poor judgement on the part of the (new?) staff on Thursday evening, Feb 1. That young man has zero client service skills and a condescendant attitude. His incompetence shows poor judgement of management.
I went down to ask for decaf coffee for the room for the morning after. His reaction was not to help me but to question my ask. “Didn’t the room get clean today, why do you need more coffee” he said without showing any sign he would help.even after I explained that it’s caffeinated coffee they leave in the room and I can’t drink cafeine, he started asking if I checked in on the day of and other irrelevant questions. I’m a 55 year old executive and was very polite. Have no idea what triggers that type of attitude other than a total lack of social skills. It was my third night here… personnel earlier was very friendly but that guy ruined the experience. Don’t think I’ll ever come back.

Staff were pleasant and happy to assist. The room was stocked well and clean. The pool was very busy,probably because of the season, but looked nice. We didn’t use it due to lack of time. We had a special family Christmas dinner and all went well.

Nothing, front desk staff we dealt with were rude, disrespectful and any issues fell on deaf ear. They told us their manager would contact us after our stay to which no one ever did. Thank goodness Expedia stepped up and helped us as much as they could
