“This hotel was such a great find! Loved staying here! The kids LOVED exploring the resort and everything it had to offer. We stayed there for a quick trip to Sandbanks. Dune Beach is just about a 45 mins walk. Beautiful pool. Sadly, didnt get a chance to check out their lovely pool-sidr restaurant. Next time! Cause there will definitely be a next time!”
“Ideal location.Our room overlooked the harbour and the property is a 5 min walk to downtown Picton.We enjoyed a great dinner at the Royal and the breakfast at the Lighthouse was also first rate.
The check in/check out was easy and efficient.The staff were courteous and helpful.Would highly recommend as a base for your Prince Edward Country stay.”
“Awesome property. Incredibly clean. The king suite we booked was very spacious. The shower and tub were bigger than we expected. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect getaway to celebrate my birthday. Definitely planning on going back again in December for the hubby's birthday. ”
“The hotel had a pool, which seemed to attract many large family groups. The noise from families playing in the hallways was extremely irritating. The bathroom in the room only had a shower booth, but the floors and walls felt rough with what appeared to be other people's dead skin. It made me question whether the place was cleaned at all—truly the worst. The toilet handle seemed broken and barely functional, which was very disappointing.
Inside the room, electrical wires were untidily hanging...
“This is a nice place to stay if you have a vehicle to get around. It isn’t a very tourist friendly area. If you don’t want to take an Uber every where. We ended up renting a vehicle for a coupe of days, work out better for us. ”

Old facilities so not clean, even no fill up soap and comolementary water, terrible service.
Not recommended as accomodation on Ottawa."
