This wasnt 4*. I did stay in Leonardo hotels in London, this one wasnt up to standard. At self checkin i ve been told i have to 'book' room cleaning for next day as this isnt automatic. The lady at desk was so nice and also cleaning team were very polite. Lovely hotel and not far walk to centre of city. Supermarket close and some good nightlife also close.
