"Fantastic property but lacking in service and food quality. We really enjoyed our two night stay but there is a disconnect between the facility and the service. You are in a 5 star hotel with 3 star service. Examples include having to approach staff for beverage service and dining room not being properly set up (e.g. napkin missing, utensils not provided) and having to request items."

"We got to the hotel and there was no one at the réception to Check is in. We had to wait a bit before someone came to take care of us. There was no cold water in the sink faucet nor the shower. It is summer and no one uses hot water only. Terrible experience to shower with boiling water when the temperature outside is about 30 to 35 Celsius."

"Dusty, smelly, and dirty. Only Asmae is willing to help yet her hands are tied. Very limited for what she can do for guests. Both indoor and outdoor construction created this unlivable dusty environment, which caused my asthma to kick in. My “senior suite” was with strong gasoline odor when I tried to go to sleep. After 20 minutes the odor became stronger. I requested room change before gas poisoning. First run there gave me was small, damp, and moldy. I refused to take it. They finally...
