"Breakfast was awesome , cleanliness and facilities . If you are traveling with a pet , even if they are a Pet Friendly Hotel , you have to contact the hotel directly to verify if they have pet friendly rooms available . We were lucky they have one at the time of the check in , but indicating that on Expedia, was not enough ."

"The room had a bad smell ( like toilet) to it and it did not dissipate. The front desk tried to help me with a taxi but did not warn me that I did not have to be at the airport 2 1/2 hours before my flight. The small airport did not even open until an hour before my flight. "

"An administrative nightmare. I booked rooms through Expedia and twice sent a rooming list direct to the hotel (which was acknowledged) with all guest details and room allocations, however the information was not entered into their system and when my colleagues arrived late (we were competing on Portugal Rally so technicians, engineers working into the night) they were told there were not enough rooms. Colleagues had to share 3 to a room when accommodation had been booked and paid for well in advance and my contact details had been shared several times. I tried to sort this out the following morning, in person at the hotel reception, which was a difficult process and still not successful. I would not recommend the hotel for a business group booking, they don't have the resource to cope with the booking process and it caused a lot of issues."

"It is advertised with two restaurants, one a cafeteria. After a long hard drive from Santander to Badajoz. On arriving my partner tried to check is both in having to compete two ridiculously long forms, never having to do so before. I was seated as l am disabled they needed my signature. On here return to the desk, the clerk dicided to check in a goup of six. NOT impressed. On asking what time the restaurant was serving dinner the answer was it's closed. No expliction or apology. Use the cafeteria only to find it was in the adjoining service station. Again NOT impressed. At breakfast there was a container for hot food in which Nothing appeared in the 45 minutes we were there poor selection with over ripe bananas on disply. "

"Free parking and easy access to city center. Staff were friendly. Only complaint is no tea or coffee in room. Or compliment water. "

"Clean, friendly, room ok with lovely balcony and view. No lift Dinner ok for me.(Pork chops) not for my wife . Breakfast ok but coffee awful. I had fresh fruit, yogor, toast, juice and tea. Hot was scrambled egg (it ran out( and tiny sausages. No vale la pena. Super lady and young M an at reception and bar."
