Absolutely Exceptional โ A Perfect Stay!
From the moment I arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional specially Yara and Gerald โalways ready to help with a smile. The check-in was seamless and quick, and I was even upgraded to a superior and more expensive room with a stunning view for free without me asking.
The room itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable.

โMy journey in Lebanon is truly a love story and this lovely family owned hotel is a big part of this magical experience. From the moment I walked in l was greeted by the kindest most loving Almurjan stars like Maya at the reception and Nicola the GM. ALL the other stars are also AMAZING! Theyโre truly wonderful in their communication and professionalism besides their kindness. The lobby is glorious the rooftop is so romantic especially now and the rooms have a view and are clean and comfortable....
