The pictures DO NOT look like the actual rooms. I checked in and went straight to my room and the door frame on the inside of the room had a huge chunk of wood missing as if the door has been kicked in and the lock/latch that was there broke off the frame. When the door was shut you can see outside between the door and the frame. I left immediately and booked another hotel. I told Days Inn that I was going to leave them a bad review. I wish I could upload the pictures that I took to show how UNSAFE the room was. I pulled back the sheets and the mattress was entirely brown stained. I could not bring myself to lay down there nor stay there as I DID NOT FEEL SAFE. I went to return the key cards at check out at the end of the original reservation and told the front desk my concerns and because I did not tell them within 15 minutes of checking in that I did not stay there, the charges remained, despite the cleaning crew entering the room everyday and saw that it remained untouched. Even the front desk staff did not feel safe as they were behind a locked door and had a little window with a slot that we needed to speak to them through. There was also a horrid smell in the room, truly horrid. I do not recommend anyone to stay here. EXPEDIA - you need to perform onsite visits for the properties you list on your site.

Room was not ready when first showed up (took cleaning staff about 1 1/2 hours to have it ready); One electrical outlet was burned (still had part of a plug-in inside of it); TV didn't work well (wasn't able to change channels easily); One drawer still had OREO cookie crumbs inside; Pillows were not clean; And the ceiling looked inside it had dust (especially near the old A/C vent). The room I stayed in REALLY needs redone COMPLETELY from top to bottom---New Paint, New Floor, New EVERYTHING.......

The property was dungeonice. The carpet was damp and there was a sense of mold. The shower was dirty with peeling wallpaper and the tub needed a good scrubbing. Breakfast was a brown bag with a mandarin orange, 2-pack mini-muffin, and granola bars. The coffee was in-room only lacking enough cream and sugar. After agreeing to reimburse the final two days of my stay, the manager-owner refused to cooperate with Expedia.com so I didn't receive my credit. Wyndham needs to inspect the properties they put their brand on.

When we returned from a late dinner (8 pm) there was evidence that someone had been in our room: bed turned down and pillows moved, bathroom fan and light on, and what appeared as cigarette ash dropped on the sheets. We informed management who denied anyone had access or had been in the room. We left shortly after because we felt unsafe. We had to forfeit the whole of our monies.

The clerk was bland and see to only take interest in a quick check in. The room had a funny smell. The bed was comfortable. Stayed only on night it was ok for a one night stop over.

It was horrible. The room was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. It was noisy at all hours. It sounded like it was a brothel. I was very disappointed. The free breakfast amounted to a sack lunch.

They property left a lot to be desired. The bed had a stench that smelled like body odor. The door did not lock correctly. It looked like it had been kicked in before. The property was very run down and in need of repairs.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke as soon as I walked in the room & it was a non smoking room. The toilet sit was about to come off. The room was very some w/everything in the room.

It was just kind of dirty… there was tooth paste on the walls from past stays, dirt and dust build ups. The room smelled like tobacco etc…

Had to get the hotel to work with Hotels.com to issue a refund due to roaches everywhere. They were crawling around the tub, toilet and on the walls. I left immediately.

Shower had little water pressure, took a while to get the hot water to come through. Inside bathroom door at the top the door is peeling off pretty bad. The whole room needs updated, things need fixed & painted. The heater needs maintenance as we couldn't get the room warm. Hair dryer worked when it wanted to. Overall it's ok to stay if you need a quick night of sleep but it's nothing to brag on

I definitely was not impressed. When we got there and went to our room the door had been left wide open! Creepy. This was after walking past people sitting in their cars smoking pot. We did stay because we weren't planning on being in the room much. Every time except early mornings someone had been smoking pot heavily in the stairway. The little refrigerator didn’t work. No Kleenexs till second day and then it was left to me to put into the holder. The "breakfast" was a sack breakfast due to "covid"...... really!!!! I definitely did not recom5it to my friend when they asked. We will spend more money next time. Oh and for some reason the fitted sheet would not stay on the mattress at all.... My fit bit for both nights registered me only getting 5 hours of sleep. Mostly due to when i woke up i had to get up and put the fitted sheet back on.

Ok for the price, but very bare basics.
We were just here for one night. Check in was easy. But this is a bare basics stay. No real breakfast. Sign said they have a grab & go bag, but we didn’t bother with it. We were on a first floor room & the parking lot was right out side. Noise all night long. Thank goodness the temperature outside was mild because the heat/air was completely off & we couldn’t figure out how to use it. There was a wall/window unit and a thermostat but neither seemed to work. The sheets & towels were clean. And the bed was comfortable. Check out was 11 and we were almost ready, but housekeeping knocked on our door at 11:05. If I stayed here again I would get a second floor room to be away from the parking lot.
