The hosts were very welcoming and helpful, and helped us find a secure place to keep our bikes overnight. The property is very nicely maintained and the price is very reasonable - would definitely want to stay here again!

We are country folk so we’re happier staying at the country style motel. Mirka and Eugene are the sweetest and kindest owners. They are friendly and eager to help. I really appreciate how clean and fresh smelling the rooms were and comfortable the beds were — fabulous mattresses!!!. I slept so good two nights in a row and that never happens at home. My favourite room is #1 at the end. We used the available picnic table and grill/bbq (2) on site. We had bought wrapped and prepared chicken and veg kabobs. My husband asked at the office if they had any tongs, and he was given whatever we needed to make that meal a success, Thanks to the supplies by our hosts. The peace and quiet and waking up to the natural countryside. Our last morning I notice the whisps of foggy vapours in the valley behind the house and how peaceful that was for the start of September. This will be “our spot” to stay when we come back to the area.

I loved that it was within walking distance of the Saugeen river. We went for a swim there and had an absolute blast. Great motel, with excellent service.

A charge out of my sleep!

Super nice little Motel owned by a super nice little couple. Old school Motel, clean. Best of all the Motel has three charging stations for electric vehicles! Great place to get a charge while getting a good night's sleep!

This is outside of Walkerton, but just a short drive. It is family owned and they are very helpful and friendly. They have EV chargers available for those with electric vehicles. The room was clean and if you need, it has a microwave and small fridge. We had a room with two queen beds that were comfortable.
