The room was okay but could use a bit of updating. Parking is a bit of a pain. We only stayed for a night and served its purpose for us.

close to station. close to car rental places.close to hop on bus. Good range of options for self serve breakfast. Our room spacious and comfortable ( don't know about the other rooms) . Our front room had some traffic noise but not too bad. Supermarket and laundromat very close by. Good Indian restaurant close by. Not lot of other restaurants really close.

Though the guesthouse is unprepossessing from the outside, inside it’s a different story. The rooms are comfortable, spotlessly clean and with welcoming tea, coffee and biscuits. There are no staff so access is coded, but easy and secure and there are clear instructions (admittedly only in English) everywhere. Breakfast, again self-service, was first-rate with plenty of choice, including fresh fruit. All in all great accommodation at a very reasonable price !

La camera, noi ne avevamo una al piano terra lato ingresso principale, si trova in un bel edificio a due piani in una via tranquilla a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e dalle università, appena fuori dalla ressa dei turisti. La camera è spaziosa e pulita e la colazione si fa in cucina ed è ricca e varia. Ha inoltre un parcheggio per quattro auto, due davanti e due dietro. Il personale che ti accoglie all’arrivo è gentile e disponibile.

I loved the easy check-in process at the Osney Arms. The location is great, close to the train station. Our room and the bathroom were both clean and perfect. We especially liked the breakfast options in the dining room, along with the espresso machine. I would definitely stay here again!

Booked online, 10 rooms with only two parking spaces. Self check in is very unfriendly. Duvet smelled so upon investigation, soiled and stained, what else is non hygienic! Beautiful room but city bus runs til Midnight, and they rumble at 70-80 decibels every 15 minutes.

Older accommodation but the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is self service but there is a really good selection of different items, various kinds of tea and a great coffee maker. We would definitely stay there again.

This felt a lot more luxurious than the price tag suggested! My room on the top floor was small but perfect for a single guest, the bed was comfy with a choice of pillows, and a kettle and fan were provided in the room, plus lots of free biscuits. The bathroom was shared but only with one other room, and it was huge (and everything was scrupulously clean). The buffet breakfast was well thought through with a nice range of options, including coffee machine and herbal teas, a selection of dairy and plant milks, and a range of cereals (with clear allergy information). The self check in was smooth with clear info provided. Would definitely stay again.

The carpeting in my room needed to be cleaned - to the point where I didn't want to walk on it in bare feet. The room is in desperate need of new paint. That said, the sheets and bathroom were clean, the breakfast was hearty and the breakfast room and kitchen well stocked and clean. The location was a convenient walk to the train station, laundromat, grocer, park, and restaurants.
