Front desk guy was horrible to deal with, failed to let us know where to go to get to our room, where the pool was, where to park and what time breakfast was. Clean room The bed was big but the pillows were way too soft for my significant other and I. As soon as we laid our head down onto the pillows it melted like some softened butter and we didn't like that. The bed was firmer than the pillows. Other than that, it was a fine stay.
