"I reserved a room of a certain type but when I arrived they gave me a horrible dark dank single room on the ground floor with a sliding glass window that had no lock - and to make matters worse, the room's bathroom was outside the room in a nearby hallway. I REFUSED the assignment when I saw it. To the hotel's credit, they immediately put me up for one night in a MEMBER'S available unit - B404 - an ocean facing suite on the highest hill which was lovely."

"Front desk and security was friendly, telephone in room never worked, microwave eventually got fixed, refrigerator stopped working, basically had to beg to get our room cleaned, it’ll be a hard no recommending or ever staying there again"

"Property was decent. Room was clean. There were some renovations taking place outside of our room that caused some construction noise during the early morning and mid day. Most staff were friendly and welcoming. Food was not great."

"The Morgan is a low end, scammy hotel. When we arrived we were told the room was not available and were not able to check in until 6pm, at which point we were told the room we had booked was not available. We were told we would have to move to a smaller room for one night until our original room became available. After asking to speak to a manager, they 'kindly' offered to refund the difference, nothing else for the late check in, the incovenience of moving, or the fact we were in a room we did not choose to be in. The following day, when we were supposed to move rooms, our room was still not available but we were told we had to be out of the current room we were in and to store our bags in the lobby until it was available. We had to do all this ourselves, no help was offered by the staff. When we complained to the manager, he said the best he could do was refund the difference in the room which was $450, but checked my account after the visit and of course they had not refunded the amount so now I have to take it up. Generally the staff was pretty rude and any issues you had were an imposition. We had one member of our group that came back to his room in the evening to find the room was locked and was told by the front desk to 'go sleep in one of your friends room'. Another had no AC for the whole trip, and another came back to the hotel one night and his door was wide open. Don't stay here. Its an unprofessional scammy place, any other hotel is better value."

"My birthday weekend was great. we had such a great time! The condo was beautiful, clean, and in the perfect location overlooking the beach. There were cute beach bars nearby, and getting into town was quick and easy. Having a rental made everything even more convenient. I would definitely go back"

"If you reserve the king-sized one-bedroom suite with a kitchen that does not offer ocean views, please be aware that the actual room may differ from the photographs. I expressed dissatisfaction with the room because it did not match the description provided in the pictures. The room depicted in the photographs was larger, and the kitchen area was modern, although it was taken at a different location that is not the actual residence of guests. This discrepancy was a significant disappointment for me and the management, who were not responsive to this matter did nothing to resolve the issue. Additionally, be mindful of the unpleasant odor that permeates the resort upon entry. It resembles the stench of boiled, rotten eggs. The source of this odor remains uncertain, but it is possible that it originates from the ocean. On the bright note, the food was okay."
