"The staff was very nice, the resort is very dated, needs new carpeting updated tvs and phones. Some of the resort was nice clean and other parts looked run down. Definitely need to rent a golf cart as it is spread out. Lake view and patio was nice. Price was good, photos on line are not accurate over all ok place to stay."

"This property is conveniently located in walking distance from the mall and dozens of restaurants and easy to get to right in the center of Springfield. The place was exceptionally clean and inviting, even though you can tell the place is older. It has all the amenities I needed on the inside for frequent stays in Springfield for business, including a kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, range, and comfortable beds. "

"Good value for the money. The whole place was clean but it could use updating and there were a few things that needed repair or replacing. The couch cushions were peeling, there was no stopper for the kitchen sink, and at least one downspout was in need of replacing. It could use something for sound absorption like throw rugs or curtains. We could hear noise around us and it wasn’t very busy during our stay. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, adequate tools and cookware in the kitchen,...

"Everything was great except I'm allergic to certain dog hair and the cabins are pet friendly, so if you have allergies just bring your medicine...other than that it was a great weekend. Staff is super polite, bed was amazing, cabin was very clean and the on site restaurant was really good. Best burger I've ever had, if you want to eat there it's by reservation only."

"The condo was nice. My only complaint about the condo was the lack of water coming out of the shower. Check in was smooth,, but just be prepared, they will try to get you to do a timeshare preview, you do have to tell them no a few times before they give you your parking pass."

"Very comfortable place to stay and would come back again, BUT on this stay we didn’t know there would be no bar or restaurant. We also informed the front desk twice our fridge was broke. We would just not bring food again until we verified the fridge was working. "
