"I had a great stay at this hotel. The property was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of, and the staff was friendly throughout my visit. The highlight was definitely the breakfast — a really nice spread with plenty of fresh options to choose from. Overall, a pleasant experience and I’d happily stay here again."

"Well-maintained, clean, comfortable, safe property. Went with my daughter and stayed 5 nights, breakfast was good, location was convenient, gas stations, eateries, stores close by. Close to Everglades. I had made reservations through Expedia but no issues checking in or out. Would definitely recommend. "

"There was no continental breakfast as stated it the description… cable didn’t work the whole time we were there and was told by others it hadn’t worked for at least 3 days before we got there "

"Worst stay I’ve ever had- it was spring break there were no other openings within budget. 1) No security lock on the door 2) they double booked us and SOMEONE WALKED into my room as I was getting ready. 3) front desk did NOTHING about it, apologized “my mistake” 4) odd beeping coming from the fridge, had to unplug. 5) had to move stand to unplug fridge which uncovered fire hazard- this has been reported to the Fire Marshall 6) room was disgusting 7) Expedia tried to advocate for me to get a refund 8) Belmont Inn argued with Expedia that I should have left the 1st night 7 hours from home with no other rooms in town available. 9)I call Belmont myself and am told manager is not there when Expedia spoke to manager not more than 5 minutes prior. 10) put on hold as a way to get rid of me and never picked the phone back up. "

"Had a very poor support from the staff checking in. Checking in took about 30 mins and though I had a room paid completed using hotels.com and I was charged for the room again and after attempting to reach multiple times for a refund have not gotten any support"
