“After a warm and happy late check in, I wondered to my room to find a disaster unfold. As it was late at night I had no opportunity to leave as the staff leave at 1030pm Many windows have been left open and there were a number of mosquitoes in the room The towel rail fell off the wall as soon as I lifted a towel. Then I informed my towel to find dark stains all over it. There was blood over a number of pillows and sheets. The floor had not been cleaned properly and my feet were filthy...

“Coming from the US and having heard all kinds of stories about SA, I will say this property is very safe and secure, with (free) gated parking. I had a 2 bedroom apartment that was very spacious and had a patio area and kitchen. It was enormous. The staff are very courteous and helpful, and eager to share all the great things Stellenbosch has to offer. Laundry service is a plus and so is the location—walkable to any number of great restaurants and cafes. Great value as well. Highly recommended.”
