“Only negatives i have for the property is that our bed was way too hard for my tastes. And that breakfest buffet on the adult only side was not open so we had to deal with kids first thing inbthe morning. Other then those two the resort was phenomenal. ”

We participated in the Hydro therapy followed by a 50 minute massage. 2 employees that stood out were Ronnie by the poolside. He was very friendly, helpful and checked in with me daily. “The staff was very friendly , but I felt they were short handed at the restaurants and the poolside . We had dinner at the Italian restaurant and my wife ordered ice cream for dessert and by the time we received it was all melted . We have stayed in many Secrets before and this is the first time we felt it was not to our expectations , I will say the sushi stand and the Olio restaurant on the 6th floor were very good . ”

“Todo bien, solo algunos detalles como el no poder llevar alimentos (snacks) a piscina ni playa. Los trastes del room service, se quedaron 4 días fuera de la habitación. Se tiene que hacer reservación para ir a los restaurantes, pero uno va con plan de descansar y de no hacer planes para la comida. creo que no hay necesidad de esa reserva, ya que los restaurantes no se llenaban.
