"Would be more convenient when checking out to just leave keys in room or to have express checkout box on 4th floor as it is a pain to go down to lobby to hand in keys then have to go back up to get to skytrain, particularly at 6am in the morning."

"I was really pleased with this airport hotel. I booked it twice for my arriving and departing flights. It was very clean, breakfast was good, and service was friendly. One of the elevators was broken, but it did not affect my stays. On my first stay, the elevator to my room worked; and my second stay, my room was on the first floor. We used the shuttle service, which departs from the hotel every 30 minutes sharp. You have to call for pickup. Unfortunately, we had to call twice, but the shuttle came in a reasonable amount of time. The free breakfast includes: hard boiled and scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, bread and pastries, fruit, milk, juice, coffee, tea, peanut butter and jelly, cream cheese, waffles, etc. Breakfast closes at 9am sharp. Don’t be late for breakfast or the shuttle. I did not use the pool or gym, so I cannot comment on those amenities. The area around the hotel seems safe. The airport is about a mile away. I slept really good and didn’t have any issues with noise or other disturbances. On one of my stays, my room did not have a “do not disturb” sign, so I did get several unwanted and somewhat annoying knocks on my door. "

"The property is old but has been renovated and is clean and spacious. It was quiet and safe to walk around at night. Central location which is close to many restaurants and bars, easily walkable to the piers and Pike Place."

"Everyone was helpful and very kind. The room was amazing from the view to the cleanliness. I was impressed with the amenities this establishment had to offer. My first time staying in Seattle and due to my experience here at the Hyatt Regency I would come back again for sure."

Accommodations including everything we needed for our short stay.. Did not have time for the included free breakfast but know we'll definitely be staying here again. "
