Pacific States, United States of America hotel rooms at the Benchmark

"The stay was really great! The room that I had had an amazing view! -Easy to access to Waikiki busy area -Offered free rentals for bench chairs, boards and stuff -Offered ice (which honestly was a surprise) -Free welcome drinks at their own bar -Close to public transit"

"The hotel was really nice. The way it looked, the convenient location, right by the convention center, and the kind front desk staff made this an excellent stay. I'd stay here again. I brought a group of students for a convention, and this was a good place for our group."

"When we checked in, the guest services representative asked us if we wanted a particular room or view, and we had stated we would like a lake view - we had a view of the parking lot. I don't think we should be asked what we would like if it isn't available. Also, this was our first trip here, and we did enjoy the resort, but it seemed like several areas on the outside of the hotel were falling into disrepair."

"Hotel Max was in a great location! We had many dining options to choose from, in a short walk from the property. We ate at several different restaurants, all walkable. In addition, the Space Needle and Chihauly Glass Museum and gardens was also withing walking distance. Although we didn't have time, the Pikes Place Market was also just a stroll down Stewart St. The walkable choices of dining and activities was one of the reasons we chose the Hotel.However, after staying, I would choose it again...

"Very pleasant checkin with all VIP amenities delivered as promised and recognized my OneKey status. Even helped with late night glass of milk for the kid without charge. With exception of parking price honestly no other qualms. Tons of street parking available btw. Will stay again. "

"This was a very nice old style hotel, very charming. The room was fantastic. The hotel restaurant was pretty good food, a little pricey but to be expected in a hotel like this in the downtown area. Our server was nice, but a bit slow in service, for instance, our drinks went empty a couple of times, we were done with our food for a while before they came to ask for dessert or if we wanted our check. Other servers seemed more attentive, so might have just been a bad night."
