Woke up and got starbucks from the lobby and then walked over to the park. Staff were friendly and helpful. We forgot some important documentation in our room safe. Staff had it sent out by Fedex to us within the hour. Very grateful for their fast and efficient service. "

"Great hotel in the middle of everything. Very lively bar area and lots of people enjoying the nightlife. Reception was efficient but friendly. I arrived late and left early so didn't have as much time there as I would have liked. Parking is easy but expensive at $45 a night. Expect to queue for service at the bar and for coffee etc"

"I like the fact that there is a shuttle going to Universal Studio. Big enough pool for the guests. Front desk people I find it not very accommodating but the room service / cleaning crews are very helpful and nice. Not enough restaurant inside the hotel (not to mention the lady who is helping to take the order is not even helpful, it makes you feel I should not be ordering from their resto.) no other options. I came to her twice for 2 nights dinner and still have the same way of serving customers (not pleasant for me)."
