"Love the natural ambience of the villa. Staffs were very helpful and courteous. Room was big, spacious and clean. Provided clean drinking water in the room and also a water filtration system outside the room. Water pressure and heater was good. Bathtub so big that my wife, son and I could fit in it. "I booked and paid for 4 nights. I left after one - paid for alternative accomodation and forfeited what I had already paid. The property was very run down and I felt unsafe. It was about 500m off the main thoroughfare. At the start of the overgrown, unlit road in was a derelict building that was scary itself. Even the Grab drivers were confused as to whether there was accommodation down there. My room was a container - quirky but not when the air conditioning running at 16 degrees centigrade...
