Basic room out of town centre

Basic rooms but cute vibe. Small porch with a table and chairs. Wet room was basic - warm water not hot. Pool was very small but nice although no cushions on the loungers.

We’re got a lot of black ants in our bathroom, washed them down with hot water but come back from outside. The bathroom has very bad smell from the drain have to put down wet town on top all the drain.

Not a resort, not as pictured, very run down not well maintained. Looked as though it used to be nice. Pool is dirty, doors have large gaps that let lizards in during the night. Shower broken. Much nicer places in pai for a little more money.

We left early and are still waiting for a refund…. The room was really dirty and worn down. The beds are really firm like you sleep on concrete. We booked it because of the swimming pool and to relax with the children. We couldn’t use the pool because it has dirty green water, a lot of broken tiles and sharp edges in it. All the sun loungers are broken. The familyroom itself was large but dirty. They didn’t serve breakfast but when we booked they said they had a breakfastbuffet but when we arrived they said they didn’t have it.

Vi bodde i husen med bambutak. Det var fuktigt 24 timmar om dygnet. Badrummet mögligt och äckligt. Det fanns upptagna cementbungalows som kanske är bättre. Frukost simpel men ok för 100 bath.

Fantastic stay - great value, great staff.

The stag at this place are so helpful and amazing! Cannot fault it at all! Pool was clean, rooms cleaned daily with clean towels. One of the staff even arranged a side car on a bike ride to take me to the bus station for free! I have the lady who kindly took me a tip to say thank you. Great place, great staff! Loved it and would go again!

Cute and great location

Baan Chokdee is cute and in a great location. It is located right down the street from Pai's walking street which makes getting food or shopping really convenient. The hotel is set up in a cottage/town house style. The room and bathroom were clean and in nice condition. The beds weren't the most comfortable but not too bad. Overall a really good place to stay.

Nice place to stay!

All in all good hotel. The stuff is really nice and helpful. They gave us a new room when we were not happy with the first one. The pool is really nice! Beds are too hard and they should get better mattresses. We had ants in the bathroom, but they didn't bother us too much.

The room was nice and we even had a little back patio with a nice view. Only downside is we could here out neighbors TV, conversations and moving around but other than that the room was very nice.

Don't book here. Not a resort!

This place is really bad for the price. Not a resort. No hot water in the showers ( and we had used these kinds of systems right throughout Thailand) , minimal toilet paper - at one point we had to wait an hour for more toilet paper and the staff had an argument about it. We were able to be picked up from the bus station, but the driver didn't turn up to take us back when we left, even though I booked and confirmed with reception, so we had to walk about a kilometre with all our luggage and 3 children in tow and just made the bus back to Chiang Mai! Reception were disinterested, very minimal English, and never once turned up to our room to clean it. The pool is small, but clean. Beds are so hard. Good air-conditioning but no batteries in remotes. There is no food to buy here. Im sure you could get cheaper and better closer to town.

Zimmer sehr dürftig eingerichtet in Rohbauoptik. Schöner Garten mit Pool.Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für Pai."24 Stunden-Rezeption" war morgens nicht besetzt und wir mussten abreisen ohne unsere Kaution für unsere 3 Zimmer zurückzubekommen.

Dette bungalow hotel er meget billigt. Beliggenheden er 300 fra centrum, og alligevel meget roligt. Kvaliteten af rummet er ok - vi var der kun om aftenen / natten og det var fint. Madrassen var ikke god, og vil nok være årsagen til at fravælge hotellet.

Für den Preis mehr erwartet

Anlage liegt ca. 10 Gehminuten vom Zentrum (Bus Station) entfernt. Es handelt sich um einzelne Bungalows die jedoch keinen guten Eindruck machen: Eingangstür gleicht einer Schranktür, abschliesbar nur mir Mini Vorhängeschloss, Fenster sind teilweise nicht richtig Zu schließen, ins Bad hätte zB ganz einfach jemand einsteigen können. Insekten konnten demnach auch immer leicht ins Zimmer gelangen. Das Bad ist eine große Nasszelle mit Dusche, wenn jemand duscht ist also das komplette Bad nass. Die Zimmer wurden morgens nich gereinigt, nicht mal Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt. Die Anlage an sich wirkt sehr süß, mit vielen Pflanzen und Pool. Das Personal spricht leidet kaum englisch, was die Kommunikation erschwerte. Für den Preis hatten wir definitiv mehr erwartet.

Nice Place to Stay in Pai

Great place to stay in Pai, close to everything, yet outside the hustle and bustle. Rooms were nice, with a very spacious bathroom. Pool is a great place to hang out and relax. Staff were accommodating and went above and beyond to offer any assistance that we needed, including needing to contact our airline to change flights, as well, as facilitated a later check out time when a scheduling issue arose

Great getaway!

I only stayed for 1 night, but wish I could have stayed for a week! Super clean, great bathroom (which can be so hard to come by when looking for inexpensive accommodations in Thailand), and only about 5-10 min from walking street. Nicely landscaped grounds and good pool.
