We really liked the friendly helpful hosts and the unit was perfectly suited tto our family's needs. It was roomy and well appointed. We also loved the location - waking up to view the sunrise from.our room and conveniently located within easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend the Swiss Chalet Motel and hope to stay there again in future.

Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean. Good location and quiet. Only issue wi-Fi if able to connect was very weak ended up using data most of the time.

Location for Motel.

Great location close to shops, beach,supermarket the township. Maureen was so welcoming and very informative of the Area. I recommend this motel to anyone visiting Paihia. Great experience.

We were greeted by a bright bubbly professional lady on reception. The room was absolutely amazing, clean, tidy, large, well equipped, the bed was comfy and the outdoor settings were lovely catering for comfort from wind in any direction. Walking distance to shops and eateries. We would definitely stay again without hesitation.

Bit of a novelty having easy accessed covered parking for my car at a motel, and elevated room and so close to lovely coastal walk and shops. great well layed out room, which i would happily recommend for the weekday user. (unfortunately i was oblivious to school holidays and didn't realize there was a floor above me packed with over energetic kids.... who were intent on interrupting my sleep...

Excellent 2 night stay in this cute Motel

Great location just set back from the main street, easy to get to everything you need! Motel was very clean, serviced daily. Whist it's an older style it was very comfortable and had everything we needed! Having a little kitchenette was so handy. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Great little get away

Friendly staff and good comfortable rooms. Good facilities and a common area spa to use after a hard day sightseeing. Great location for seeing the local area and sites. A mist is the ferry over to Russell.
