Staff friendly and helpful. Large comfortable bed. Dislike: Sunbeds need renewing. 2 of stairs into pool broken. Litter not cleared away.No chairs/ sun beds on the beach and unfinished buildings next to the beach. Resort needs some TLC which may have started as lobby area being renovated."

"Unfortunalty this was hotel clsoe to customer and meetings so no choice. Carpets threadbare and stained, corridoor walls filthy. Room also had staiend worn carpets and it generally needed refurb. Sheets whilst laundered showed signs of old stains. Room door on first room woudl not work at all after multile attempts so moved to new room. Staff nice and helpful, food OK and bar OK but nothing to set world on fire. Was told by management that they have started refurb on 4th floor so...

The credit card companies and I are trying to contact them for the past few weeks, but they won’t respond. At. All. 2) we ate once at the restaurant on the property. "Hotel is exactly as shown in pictures. I got this at 800rupees for non ac room. Room was very neat and clean. The matrices was not that cozy but it's comfortable to have good sleep. Even though it was a non AC room the sealing fan was enough in the room. Infact sometimes i kept the fan off. There was no hot water in the bathroom but i didn't asked for it as I didn't required. But I guess they have the hot water arrangements for bathroom. There are table and chair arrangements out side every room...

Very limited options in buffet. They said sea view room but when we went there they said there's no sea view room in property. No need to stay here and pay high for this disappointing stay."

"This is probably the best accommodation we saw in the town itself. It was brightly lit and easy to find. The streets around the hotel are dirty but probablly no more dirty than anywhere in India. I cant blame the hotel for thet. The staff here are very helpful and courteous. I enjoyed my stay here and would not hesitate to reccomend it to anyone. There are a few nice restaurants next to the hotel where you can get a beer and some wine."
