The hotel exterior is not great but once inside everything is good. The location is very good with shops and restaurants and beautiful beach within walking distance. Our room was very good and bed was very comfortable. Food was good and brilliant that you get drinks included for half board.

Hotel nice and clean, however I was very I’ll from food poisoning from the dining room, I could not eat anything from the dining room for 2 days and could only drink water, the dining room and bar area are far from good places to relax, canteen style restaurant and airport like bar, no adult only place to sit and no outside place to sit after 6pm, such a lot of areas closed off at night which would be so pleasant for adults, pool bar and all of the area shuts at six just leaving the one main bar in reception which is very loud and lacks atmosphere, would only stay again on room only basis

Spot on. Will definitely be returning. Marvellous staff. Pool is superb and travel distance to the beach is short. Delighted with the food in the restaurant and pool bar. Only minor quibble is that a walk in shower would be better than a shower over the bath, notwithstanding that it was a good shower.

The room was ok, the bed was good. BUT impossible to use the balcony due to bad smell and noise. Very disapointed. The food just ok, but we are not tempting to return to this hotel. I am so fed up wih always getting the least attractive rooms.

No se encuentra frente al mar. Las instalaciones del Hotel que ofrece un T I pesimas. Para tomar algo hasts laz 18:30h hay que subir hasta la piscina que se encuentra en la parte más alta del Hotel. Piscina que está abarrotads de gente. Y encima orientada a juegos de niños. No la pudimos utilizar. Cuando llegas hasta el var que no se te olvide las fichas o el vaso de plástico que te dan o no tomas nada. Horrible. La limpueza de la habitación inexistente. Solo nos cambisba las toallas. Ha sido una decepción.

Chambres très confortables, très spacieuses, avec espace salon séparé. Nous avons adoré. Superbe rénovation. Présence de chats adorables. Staff fort sympathique surtout la life guard. Pour le petit déjeuner, j aurais apprécié la présence de délicieuses madeleines espagnoles et de cakes. Climatisation un peu forte dans les espaces communs (on vient pour la chaleur).

Las Cuatro estrellas del hotel fueron regaladas. No se corresponden con la atención y servicios. Cuando llegas te dicen que tu habitación es interior y no tiene vistas. Todas dan al jardín que bordea el interior, te das cuenta después. Te hacen pagar un plus de 42 € para darte la mejor habitación del hotel. sin comentarios. La habitación sí estaba medio encerrada. Nadie te acompaña para indicarte tu habitación, después de haberte perdido. Lo hacen al final, pero no de muy buena gana. Sin productos de higiene en el baño. Se puede pedir un cepillo de dientes. Preguntas por un hervidor (4 estrellas, no?) dicen que lo alquilas por 6€ diario y que te renuevan las infusiones (mentira). En la salida te dicen que no es un alquiler, que habías comprado el servicio. Después de todos estos plus y malas caras (no de todos los empleados, afortunadamente), hubiera sido mejor un 5 estrellas. Ténganlo en cuenta para su estancia.

Erstmal das Positive: Das Hotel ist von außen und innen schön. Wir haben eine Junior Suite mit Meerblick gebucht. Toller Ausblick. Putzfrau sehr nett und täglich da … Animationsteam ist klasse, motiviert, ist aber nicht zu aufdringlich.Für die Kinder ist immer etwas los im Innen-und Außenbereich. Lage ist sehr gut, Strand in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Strand ist wirklich sehr schön, allerdings muss man erwähnen, kein eigener Hotelstrand!! Die Kosten pro Liegen und Sonnenschirmen liegen bei je 5€ täglich- mit drei Personen lagen wir bei täglich 20€ nur für Liegen&Sonnenschirm… Nun muss man aber auch erwähnen warum wir das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen und auch nicht nochmal buchen würden: Pools sind klein, und oft voll, hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört, aber was absolut nicht geht, ist das Essen. Es ist wirklich eine Katastrophe. Schmeckt alt oder gar nicht oder nur Fertigspeisen wie in einer schlechten Kantine. Selbst ein Spiegelei schmeckt nicht. Wenig Auswahl und dann aber auch sehr ekelhafter Geschmack beim Fleisch oder gar nicht erst durch. Alles Tiefgekühlt und wenn nicht, ganz oft verfaultes Obst … Beim Frühstück Haare im Topf mit Würstchen gefunden… Wir haben irgendwann nur noch auswärts gegessen, was bei einem All Inklusive Urlaub nicht der Sinn ist! Es gibt aber viele leckere Restaurants in der Nähe, besonders empfehlenswert sind Gourmet Stetson und FuertePizza!

Wir waren eine Woche im November 2023 da und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Eine Woche all inclusive und sehr zufrieden! Wir fanden es auch sehr praktisch, dass man sich große Handtücher für Pool/Strand gegen ein Pfandgeld ausleihen konnten.

La habitación muy bien, aunque según la que te toque hay que andar cierta distancia hasta recepción. El bufé, estupendo.
