โEverything was perfect. Cozy and clean room, useful exercise room, free shuttle service within 3 miles radious, and even delicious low fat yogurt parfait for every breakfast.
Only two things that I felt lack of were first, no shuttles b/w the airport and the hotel, and second, no meats for breakfasts beside eggs.โ
โThe hotel is great. A value for sure. Short walk to the Times Union Center and downtown. Less than $200 a night is a great deal. We have stayed multiple times, and will stay again.โ
โHotel and room were clean, staff was very friendly, breakfast was good, and I loved that they had things like tea and cocoa available instead of just coffee. As a non-coffee drinker I get frustrated when they only have coffee.โ
โOverall, excellent property. Good linens and nice and bright. Only item of concern is common area cleanliness. Elevators had dirty floors with trash on the floor and greasy handprints all over walls. Hallways on the 5th floor where my room was needed a good vacuum. Front desk service was amazing. Super friendly and organized staff.โ
โWe stayed in a suite w/2 queens. Very spacious with kitchenette that included good counter space, and a large refrigerator. Very appetizing breakfast. Not a big fan of the bathroom sink area separate from the shower, but otherwise very good.โ
