"Absolutely perfect location for karneval. Close to everything you need to have a good time. Great restaurants and bars nearby, transit is 30 seconds outside the hotel, can't ask for a better spot. And the rooms are HUGE for Europe. Our one issue was the room was extremely dusty and the pillows were basically non existent, but small price to pay for the location. "

I stood out in the freezing cold for a while trying to figure out which number to contact. At the end, it all worked out, but not the best experience, certainly not a pleasant one."
