This is an amazing hotel, everything is very special. Rooms are clean and spacious and with lovely views and lots of natural light. The facilities such as the pool and the spa are fantastic. The restaurant really yummy and lovely atmosphere. The staff members are extraordinary. Our son doesn’t want to go anywhere else 😂. He keeps saying, nothing is like the HiltonYala ❤️

Worst service ever!

It was my birthday, I have mentioned to hotel before check in. We had dinner and made a request for a cake they confirmed we waited no cake came. We didn’t ask for anything complementary or free we were paying for it. This is the first year I celebrate my birthday with no cake or celebration. Very disappointed although I have chosen Hilton since it’s a 5 star international hotel . Every year all hotels even the 3 , 4 or 5 celebrate. They even didn’t Say happy birthday. Extremely disappointed with their services . Other than that they were too slow in checking in check out. Serving the lunch, serving the dinner I’m disappointed with their service

Very professional staff, incredible location near the entrance to Yala National Park. The staffs English could be improved upon but the staff were very attentive, warm and helpful. The room we had was incredible. Very large with all the amenties you could expect. The small private pool was nice but cold and not really used. The food at the restaurant was well prepared and reasonably priced. They have both an international food and local Sri Lankan menu to choose from. We look forward to returning some day!
