Quaint apartment walking distance to downtown

The location was good that we were able to park nearby and then walk everywhere. It was great having a kitchen for our family and being able to bring our dog along with us. My only complaints are that the WiFi did not work and the water pipes squealed.

Non affidabile

Purtroppo ci è stato assegnato per ben due volte (in quanto non avevano altre soluzioni) due appartamenti diversi da quello presentato in foto. Per due giorni un monolocale dove era impossibile dormire a causa del rumore prodotto dall''autoclave con una cucina minimale e per gli altri 3 giorni un bilocale che non rispettava le foto sul sito. Senza alcun tipo di risarcimento o cortesia dato il disagio. Non affidabile

Ce qui nous a pas plus c’est que le jour ou nous sommes arrivées nous avons appris que l'appartement n’étais plus disponible mais qu'il avait un partenariat avec une autre personne qui avait des appartements. Donc nous nous sommes retrouvées dans un appartement que nous n'avions pas choisit. Et un appartement avec 1 chambres alors que nous avions réservés un appartement avec deux chambres....

The apartment is in a great location just a few minutes walk from the cathedral (there is lovely view of it from the balcony). There are lots of bars restaurants within walking distance and the main tourist attractions are easily accessible from here. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the manager very prompt and helpful. It is in the old part of the city; traditionally Italian, up narrow alley with no cars. Although in the centre of the city it was very peaceful with the sound of Swift’s swooping about for insects being the most dominant noise. It was just lovely.

Con infamia e con lode

Locale ben collocato al centro storico e comodo per i vari spostamenti. Accolti molto bene dal gestore che ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni con molto garbo. Peccato il puzzo di fumo da sigarette in un ambiente dove è vietato fumare con cicca sul davanzale finestra e puzzo di muffa in cucina, probabilmente per qualche perdita di acqua. I materassi non erano ben molleggiati e ci si sprofonda a dentro con scomodità nel alzarsi dal letto. Ottima la cartina fornita in omaggio con la quale abbiamo visitato bene la città. Bagno pulito e fornito di phon con doccia ampia, peccato il rumore notturno dell'aspiratore del vicino di stanza che funzionava x tutta la notte. Riscaldamento con split. Il WiFi inizialmente non funzionava x colpa di un fulmine ma prontamente sistemato nelle 24 ore. In complesso non so se consigliarlo o meno, ma contenti non siamo stati ma neanche molto dispiaciuti per il soggiorno.

- Zeer goede ontvangst - Centraal gelegen, midden in het centrum - Parkeren vlakbij (gratis, fooitje voor de bewaker) het laatste stukje lopen - Appartement: praktische indeling, knus en gezellig, goed schoon! - Keuken: goed voorzien, alle benodigdheden aanwezig Werkelijk "Toppy" een aanrader voor die prijs!

Palermo Visit

Location was excellent. Apartment is clean and check in/out was easy. Owner was nice, easy to communicate and provided info about the local area and airport transport. Would definitely stay here again next time I am in Palermo.

au centre de Palerme

appartement situé au 2 eme étage dans une petite rue (accès à pied uniquement). proche de la cathedrale .On peut visiter facjlement la ville à pied Parking gratuit possible sur la place voisine l appartement est propre et bien équipé , l accueil sympathique

noi ci siamo trovati bene

è un peccato esserci stati per una sola notte! appartamento ben attrezzato con piccola sala e angolo cottura. la posizione è ottima per chi arriva in auto in quanto si trova vicino a un parcheggio gratuito a due passi dalla cattedrale. Forse i serramenti non isolano abbastanza (si sentivano voci in strada) ma devo anche dire che dopo le 23 non abbiamo più sentito niente. Lo consigliamo sicuramente.

Flott leilighet i Palermo

Vi hadde et flott opphold I Palermo og det eneste som kanskje drar ned opplevelsen var nabolaget som jeg syntes var litt skummelt om kvelden. Det er nære til markedet og til Teotro Massimo så det er på ingen måte langt unna, og leiligheten og vertinnen veier opp for nabolaget mange ganger om. Jeg anbefaler dette stedet bade for par og for venner, leiligheten vi hadde var stor og hadde to soverom og to bad, så her er det mulighet for å være flere.

Perfect Stay

We stayed 5 nights in October. The apartment was perfect! Rooms were clean. The hotel staff was really helpful and kind. The apartment located close to city centre, 5 min walk. I recommend this hotel in 100% !!!

Carino ma dovrebbe migliorare!

Ho soggiornato presso la Casa Vacanze la Cattedrale dal 24 settembre al 01 ottobre con le mie 2 sorelle e mio nipote di 12 anni. All'aeroporto di Palermo sono stata subito contattata dalla sig.ra Erminia che mi ha gentilmente dato tutte le indicazioni per arrivare all'appartamento. Inoltre è stata molto gentile in quanto è venuta lei stessa a prenderci in un punto concordato per farci strada. L'appartamento si trova in un quartiere povero della città, ma a pochi passi dalla Cattedrale e dai luoghi di maggiore interesse. Inoltre vicino c'è anche un parcheggio auto gratuito molto comodo dove dopo le 19 è possibile trovare di sicuro un posto auto. Le persone che abitano nel quartiere sono tranquille e cordiali. L'appartamento si divideva su 2 livelli, per cui c'era l'ingresso con angolo cottura, divano letto, tavolo con 6 sedie, televisore e bagno ampio. Al piano di sopra c'era un divano letto, un letto matrimoniale con 2 comodini, un ampio armadio ed un televisore. L'appartamento era dotato anche di asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro, stendipanni e lavatrice. L'appartamento è molto carino ma la biancheria e tutto l'occorrente per la cucina come i bicchieri, la posateria e le pentole andrebbero sostituiti perchè vecchi ed in pessime condizioni. Inoltre c'era stata promessa la pulizia della casa al 3° giorno ma non è mai venuto nessuno. Peccato perchè con delle piccole attenzioni in più il tutto sarebbe davvero super

Buona la posizione subito dietro la cattedrale ma pessima la stretta vicinanza con un quartiere rumoroso e poco accogliente (urla dei vicini per un intero pomeriggio e fino a tarda ora...).

Difficile à trouver.

Arriver un jour de marché le GPS est perdu. Rue piétonne. Se garer sur placette plus haut. Propriétaire pas sur place. Pas de réseau pour l'appeler. Très bruyant, mais c'est Palerme.

Comodo e accogliente, un po' troppo rumoroso

Accoglienza e stanza sono state perfette. Il vicolo è molto rumoroso, e riposare è quasi impossibile tranne dopo mezzanotte.

Odradzam

Zdeycdowanie odradzam! Apartament, który otrzymaliśmy był zupełnie inny aniżeli te prezentowane na stronie hotels.com. Wynajmowaliśmy apartament 50 m2 otrzymaliśmy 20m2, ciemne pomieszczenia, kuchnia bardzo słabo wyposażona (ciężko cokolwiek ugotować we własnym zakresie). Jedyny plus to lokalizacja blisko centrum, choć za te pieniądze spodziewałabym się zdecydowanie czegoś lepszego. Głośna okolica, problem z parkowaniem, brak internetu w pokoju (jedynie w recepcji), niewygodne łóżka, mlutka łazienka.

Un appartamento accogliente

Bell'appartamento, nel quartiere dietro la cattedrale. La posizione risulta però un po' decentrata rispetto alle altre zone. Erminia molto gentile e disponibile.
