“Lovely room, modern, clean and well maintained. The owners are very friendly and helpful, always willing to help with any queries. Located right in the centre of the main area. If I were to return to Palermo this is no doubt I would stay here again.”

“I really loved this place. The room was a cross between an elegant hotel room in a classic hotel to a guest room in a villa. This place has true, old school vibes while being perfectly modern in all amenities. The location is perfect. Two minor cautions. First, must be able to carry your bag up stairs and not be uncomfortable climbing them to get to your room. Second, make sure you get check in directions because the desk isn’t staffed outside their listed hours. I hope to come back because I...

“The room was great, bed was comfortable and air conditioning was cold! But, staff was very rude. After delayed flight and lost luggage, we arrived at almost midnight to the property. Hard to find with very little instructions and dark stairway. Elevator got to first floor then fell to bottom!!! Many rude messages about us arriving late. Would only take euro for tax, did not accept credit card. Just all around poor communication.”

“Very convenient location next to the train station and short walk from the main tourist areas. However bed was very uncomfortable, there were ants in our room, and the lift up to the 5th floor felt dodgy. Some amenities provided such as body wash, soap, towels, but was provided a coffee machine with no pods. Would not stay here for more than 1-2 nights.”

“Soggiorno di 4 notti, dal 13 al 17 settembre. Arrivo.

“Palazzo Pantaleo made my last day in Sicily best ever. Spacious room, clean towels, comfortable bed and most of all, the owner, Mr. Giuseppe is so caring and detailed. Because we had to leave early in the morning, my wife and I decided to give up the breakfast. But when he came to know that he blamed us for not letting him know. When we leave there were warm coffee in the warmer, croissants and even fruits in the breakfast table prepared for us. Thank you for the warm hospitality. ”

“Personale molto gentile, camera pulitissima”
