“For an all inclusive resort it lacked majorly. The food was good, but there is no late snacks, no room service, and they close 10 min before the actual time. We had to get food delivered because of this. No one comes to ask you for drinks you have to go to the bar. Everything pretty much shuts down by 2300 (11pm). Your kind of forced to go to your room. The gym and spa is not close by to the hotel. Some of the staff were standoffish, but other staff were great. I wouldnt recommend this hotel.”

“Fuyez, fuyez et fuyez. Trés mal entretenu, tout est délabré. 2 piscines laissées à l'abandon , tout est sale et délabré. Cest dommage car on voit bien que l'endroit est beau seulement pas du tout entretenu. Le personnel fait ce qu'il peut avec les moyens qu'ils ont, sauf un des receptionnistes qui était trop intrusif. “Lovely hotel with huge rooms (three of us in a two bed apt). Gorgeous high ceilings and a large balcony. Kitchen and large living / dining area with lovely decor. 4 stars for cleanliness as a bit dusty but def 5 stars for the size, layout, comfy beds etc. Staff were superb and couldn't do enough for us.
