"The hotel & casino were clean and you didn’t have to leave the property. Plenty of restaurants, pools and entertainment. The staff at the pool really hustled to make sure everyone had their drinks & food served poolside, except for our waitress unfortunately!! We had poor service at the pool, and after an hour with no sight of our server, we had to go to bar ourselves. This should not happen when paying top dollar for a room. Other than pool service, stay was good"

"Was I nervous to stay here after reading the reviews? Absolutely. It ended up being just fine. Beach: Lots of complaints about having to pay for chairs/cabana on the beach. Yes, they do charge for them, but just walk past them and you can snag a great spot closer to the water just like everybody else. Personally, I liked being closer to the ocean versus pushed back near the resort. Parking: If flying in, pass on renting a car and paying for valet parking at the hotel. Traffic is wild and backed up around the area. The resort is located in a walkable area for entertainment, shopping, and dining. Room View: Yup, there are some not-so-lovely views of interior roofs with A/C units that only an HVAC professional could appreciate. Ask at the front desk for a view of the beach or facing the Ferris wheel on a higher floor."
