"The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean included a refrigerator and sink area outside the bathroom, for make up etc. The locks are push button with a code on the door and they were having lots of problems with these locks working…. So that was a little uncomfortable for us. "

"We didn't use the pool. We were there only for night time stay.Wi-Fi was good. Staff were friendly.Room was decent,and clean, toilet was too low and bath/ shower hole needed change,it was corroded. It's Motel 6, can expect too much. I would go there again. Thank you "

"The Palm Mountain resort was a nice place. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t have hot water our first day and the maintenance staff got it fixed pretty quick. The resort is in a great location - mountains in the background and one block over from the main downtown area. It would have been nice if they would have had a continental breakfast included- it can get pretty pricey to eat out every day. The room did have a microwave so a grocery store trip made breakfast meals in the room more economical. The only complaint I had is the pool didn’t appear to be filtered continuously. Every morning the maintenance team would scoop out the bugs and leaves etc, but by mid day the pool had a lot of stuff floating in it. Seemed like there was not a constant filtration running."

"When we got there, the check-in front desk was across the street. We didn’t know until we got there so we had to put the luggage back in the car. It wasn’t bad, just would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. (We arrived around 6:00-ish.) Bathroom window was not up to par with most of the property. In order to use the TV, I had to figure out what to do with 3-4 remote controls. It was cumbersome and unnecessary in 2026. Other than that, it was fine for a one night stay. "

"Perfect hotel for a fast weekend escape, which is exactly what we were aiming for. Clean, great pool, perfectly heated hot tubs. The pool-area bar was a nice touch for cocktails and mocktails for the wife and kiddo. Friendly easy check in and out, free parking. Absolutely our go-to Palm Springs hotel."
