I was expecting better quality from a Hilton Brand! We had a refrigerator malfunction causing a bug leak into the carpet which resulted in a foul odor all weekend!

Property was great! Room was a bit dated and carpet was gross but the worst part was the smoke alarm went off at 4:30a in the master bedroom and 6:30a in the other bedroom and woke everyone up both times. What are the odds of that?! And nobody ever came up when we called or tried to rectify the situation.

Very sweet and energetic check-in employee! The pool and jacuzzi was very relaxing and clean. The bartender made a tasty drink! The room is a little old school, but bed was so comfy! The room I received was very close to pool so easy exit! Thank you to all employees for your kindness! Ms. Craig

Our room was dirty when we arrived. There was trash in the room and in the cabinets/drawers. Tried calling the front desk several times but no one answered. There were stains on the sheets and the rooms need to be updated. Waterslides closed at 5, so we didnt get to go on them even though the pool was open to 10.

Stayed at the 1 bedroom suite and the room was spacious. The service was friendly and loved that you are able to text the front desk for needs at anytime. The pool was amazing and heated so it was great at night. Wish there were more food options at the resort but however downtown palm springs is down the street making DoorDash easy. Things I didn’t like was rooms were outdated a little and room needed some maintenance. Ac was leaking in the bathroom area making the floor slippery. Carpet was not as clean as I would wanted but not bad. Utensils as well needed a little more cleaning but was not badly dirty. As a young mid 20s person, it’s a good resort but catered towards the older audience. Also families with kids this is a perfect place. For younger/party audience there’s better resorts in the area. That being said I would still consider this resort and may come back but would not be my top primary options.

Loved this place ! Staff was super kind and right away assisted if I needed anything. The pool is great there’s a kid side that’s 1 ft perfect for toddlers and infants. Poolside food is so good !

Checking staff didn’t have our reservation and took over an hour to get our room after showing them our confirmation number and receipt from Expedia. Once we got to our room we were very happy. Jr ste with kitchenette stove, top fridge, raider microwave sink dishes, so where everything you need coffee maker. We had a balcony with a beautiful Mountain View. The pool was downstairs in front of the elevators very easy Access. One side is kids with slides. The other side is adults. Outside selling alcohol and food food menu is great options and the food is delicious. We are very happy TV screen outside so you can keep an eye on scores of the games Jacuzzis and lots and lots of lounge chairs to relax with umbrellas. We are definitely staying again in May for my husband’s birthday

Pool was great. We got a room next to a bunch of druk 18-20 year olds. They were inconsiderate obnoxious and what sound like bouncing off the walls, slamming doors and eithet wrestling ot fighting. We got no sleep till after 130 when security finally intervened. Would have been a great trip without that crap.

We’ve gone to this resort many times and always find it relaxing. Most of the staff was great and accommodating. We wanted a late checkout due to 5pm flights and wanted to spend more time at the pool. We had to pay additional funds, which I felt was ridiculous.

The receptionist was very rude, her name is Vanessa Alí. There was a line to check in, there were three ladies in the front desk. The other two were busy but Vanessa was free, so I asked her if she could help me to what she very very rude replied “don’t you see I am busy plus the rooms are not available” I never expected that reaction specially coming from a person that is supposed to help the guest and give them the welcoming with good manners. She was very rude to me and I will never go back to the place anymore. It’s sad that they hire that kind of disrespectful people. I am very disappointed, specially because the price should match the service.
