"We didn't use the pool. We were there only for night time stay.Wi-Fi was good. Staff were friendly.Room was decent,and clean, toilet was too low and bath/ shower hole needed change,it was corroded. It's Motel 6, can expect too much. I would go there again. Thank you "

"First time in 30 years we did not get the room we asked for. Place seems like it hasn’t been refreshed in a decade. The room next to us kept opposite hours from other guests - hence we didn’t sleep through the night once in nine nights, and hotel would do nothing about it. Turns out they had been there almost 30 days. Seems the place is being used for temporary housing. "

"The Palm Mountain resort was a nice place. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t have hot water our first day and the maintenance staff got it fixed pretty quick. The resort is in a great location - mountains in the background and one block over from the main downtown area. It would have been nice if they would have had a continental breakfast included- it can get pretty pricey to eat out every day. The room did have a microwave so a grocery store trip made breakfast meals in the room more economical. The only complaint I had is the pool didn’t appear to be filtered continuously. Every morning the maintenance team would scoop out the bugs and leaves etc, but by mid day the pool had a lot of stuff floating in it. Seemed like there was not a constant filtration running."
