"Stayed 1 night due to flight cancellation. Very rude and unhelpful receptionist late at night on arrival. Room dirty, used a tissue to press the toilet flush as it was sticky, not even a bottle of water in the room, no hand wash for the sink.Very noisy rooms, could hear doors all night and furniture being moved in other rooms. Could also hear everything outside from 12th floor"

"I would recommend this hotel. Better than photos. Staff excellent. Would definitely return. Enjoyed our walks into the old town, however there are lots of buses if preferred and lots of restaurants / bars / cafes nearby. "
